Refund Policy.

01. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of our digital orchestration services and the high compute costs associated with AI synthesis and Gemini-grade infrastructure, Mail Forge maintains a strict No-Refund policy.
Once credits are allocated to your account or a subscription tier is activated, the transaction is final. We do not provide prorated refunds or credit rollovers for partially used billing cycles.
02. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in the case of verified technical critical failures that prevent any use of the platform and where no alternative solution can be provided by our engineering team within 72 operational hours.
