Mail Forge ("we", "our", "us") collects information necessary to orchestrate your professional outreach. This includes your Google account identity (via OAuth), email addresses of intended recipients, and any professional context provided for AI synthesis.
02. Processing & AI Synthesis
Your data is processed using advanced Neural Engines (LLMs). We do not use your private correspondence to train global models. Data sent to AI providers is encrypted in transit and processed under strict ephemeral confidentiality agreements.
03. Zero-Access Admin Protocol
We implement logical and cryptographic barriers to ensure that your proprietary professional networks remain entirely private. Not even our highest-level administrative accounts can view or export your personal lead data.
04. Command Security
Sensitive credentials, including API keys and OAuth tokens, are encrypted using AES-256 industry standards. Access to your 'Command Center' is restricted to your authenticated session only.
User Rights
Users retain full sovereignty over their data. You may request full deletion of your operational history and configuration at any time through the system settings.
